Øye Stave Church - Filefjellstuene is the longest authentic stretch along the King's Road and runs through beautiful cultural landscapes from Vangsmjøsa up to Filefjell, from mountain farms to farm landscapes.

We will drive you to Kyrkjestølen, the starting point for today's hike. If you want a longer hike, you can also choose to walk all the way from Filefjellstuene.

Hiking from Kyrkjestølen to Maristova
From Kyrkjestølen you hike over the mountain to Maristova. All day you walk on the original Kongevegen from 1793, which runs straight over the mountain.

We will pick you up at Maristova and drive you back to Filefjellstuene.

We will drive you to Borgund Stave Church, the starting point for today's hike.

Hiking from Borgund to Vindhella (+ Galdane - Seltun)
Today you will see the famous Borgund Stave Church and hike the famous Vindhella Road. If you want a longer trip, you can extend it to Galdane and Seltun.
