Routes:
The course has 3 different routes, marked on signs at the tee pads and in the UDisc app.
Orange route: A short 4-hole round, perfect for families and beginners.
Red route: A complete 18-hole course for those with some experience in disc golf.
Blue route: A complete 18-hole course for experienced players seeking a challenge.
The course is well-marked with signs showing the way to the next tee pad and to the basket from the tee. If you don't see a sign from a red or orange basket, you will find it after the blue basket.
Location:
The course is located at Filefjellstuene. The starting point is at the bridge where Kongevegen crosses Grøvstølvegen.
Terrain:
This is a mountain course, so dress appropriately for the weather and wear good shoes. This is not a course for regular sneakers; hiking boots are recommended.

Tyin Filefjell disc golf course is a free offering open to everyone.
Daily frisbee rental
Frisbees can be rented or purchased at the reception at Filefjellstuene.
Price: NOK 50 for a set of three frisbees, or NOK 25 per pro disc.
Lost and found
If you find ownerless frisbees in nature, you can hand them in at the reception at Filefjellstuene.
Toilet:
Toilets are available at Filefjellstuene, located at the start and end point of the course. Please inquire at the reception to use the toilet.
Furthermore, there is an outhouse on the opposite side of the road from tee pad 5 along Kongevegen. This is also marked on the overview map, which you can find on the website or at the start of the course.
