Welcome to skiing in Jotunheimen's backyard!
With 5 lifts, 17 kilometers of slopes and a separate children's area with a lift and ski belt, Tyin Filefjell Ski Center offers exciting slopes suitable for all levels. Here high in the mountains you can enjoy a long ski season that often lasts until May. From the ski lift's top station, at 1280 meters above sea level, you get a fantastic view of the peaks of Jotunheimen.

Visit the Skishop!
Ski rental, ski service and sales of ski and sports equipment - you can find it at the bottom of the Børrenø lift.
Our Ski Shop has everything you need for a great day in the mountains – from full alpine and ski touring setups to avalanche gear, cross-country skis, sleds, pulks and snowshoes.
If you have your own skis, we are happy to take care of them for you: we sharpen, clean and glide both alpine and cross-country skis so that they are ready for new trips.
In our Ski Shop you will also find a selection of ski and sports equipment for sale.
Come by physically during the ski center's opening hours, or book your rental equipment online.

What's happening on the mountain?
🎿 Season opening at Reint Bord – February 14th at 12:00!
Reint Bord offers après-ski with charm and a twinkle in the eye – perhaps Norway's smallest après-ski, but with a great atmosphere, generosity and real mountain fun. Whether you want to take a well-deserved break after a day on the slopes, or make it a whole evening, you are most welcome.
Take a seat – here are clean tables and a good atmosphere, just the way we like it in the mountains. 🫶❄️
A fun classic during the winter holidays – at Tyin Filefjell! In the Juice Bowl Race, it's not about driving the fastest – but about getting down the hill with juice in one hand and bowl in the other (without losing or spilling anything along the way 😉).
The juice bowling race is held in the children's playground, and is perfect for children who want to take part in a small, fun challenge with lots of laughter and a good atmosphere.
Welcome to a fun winter holiday activity for the whole family!
Register online (50,- per person).
