We are getting ready for winter 2026/2027

Soon it will be ready for skiing days again at Tyin Filefjell. With five lifts, 17 kilometers of slopes and a separate children's area, you will find skiing for both young and old - from quiet family trails to more challenging terrain.

Welcome to ski in the gateway to Jotunheimen!

With 5 lifts, 17 kilometres of slopes and a separate children's area with a lift and ski belt, Tyin Filefjell Ski Centre offers exciting slopes suitable for all levels. Here high in the mountains you can enjoy a long ski season that often lasts until May. From the ski lift's top station, at 1280 metres above sea level, you get a fantastic view of the peaks of Jotunheimen.

Stop by the Ski Shop!

Ski rental, ski service, and sales of ski and sports equipment - you'll find it at the base of the Børrenøsheisen lift.

Our Ski Shop has everything you need for a great day in the mountains – from full alpine and ski touring setups to avalanche gear, cross-country skis, sleds, pulks and snowshoes.

If you have your own skis, we are happy to take care of them for you: we sharpen, clean, and wax both alpine and cross-country skis so they are ready for new adventures.

In our Ski Shop you will also find a selection of ski and sports equipment for sale.

At Tyin Filefjell Ski Center, you will find both pleasant family slopes and more challenging runs. We have 5 lifts, a total of 17 km of downhill runs, and a dedicated children's area with a lift and magic carpet.
