News: Stay at Filefjell – explore the entire region by bus
Stay at Filefjellstuene and let the new Fjord og Fjellruta take you on an adventure this summer.
Breakfast in the mountains, a day trip to Sognefjorden – and back again by evening. With the new Fjord og Fjellruta, you can use Filefjellstuene as your base and easily explore some of the region's most spectacular places, without needing a car.
The bus takes you to Utladalen, Kongevegen, Lærdalsøyri, Aurland, Flåm, and Gudvangen – and back again. The route is specifically designed for day trips, so the departures fit perfectly with an active day out.
The Fjord and Fjellruta runs from July 1 to August 31, 2026. Tickets can be easily booked in advance via Vy.

This will be a day of activity at Filefjellstuene with activities throughout the day. The program and activities will be released continuously leading up to the event – but one thing is certain: there will be something for all ages.
