The base for mountain adventures at Tyin Filefjell all year round. 28 new hotel rooms and 15 comfortable cabins and apartments, at 900 meters above sea level – at the foot of Jotunheimen.
When you wake up in one of our hotel rooms, sit by the window with your cup of coffee, and let your gaze rest on the mountains – we hope you have slept well in our comfy Wonderland mattresses. If you want more space and self-catering – you can book a family room – or our apartments or cabins.
Apartments and cabins must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Double room
In our double rooms you can wake up in a comfortable Wonderland bed and enjoy your morning coffee on the window sofa. The room has large windows with a view and lots of natural light. Our mountain breakfast buffet is included and is served in our restaurant every morning from 7-9 am.

Family room
Our spacious family rooms are the perfect starting point for nice days in the mountains with the whole family. The rooms have a corner location that gives you a fantastic mountain view that can be enjoyed from the window sofa. There are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a lovely bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast buffet is included and is served in our restaurant every morning from 07-09.

Apartment with sauna
Our apartments with sauna have beds for up to 4 people, and are well suited for a family or a couple. Here you live comfortably, with a short distance to mountain adventures for young and old. After adventurous days out in the mountains, you can relax in your own, private sauna. Our apartments must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Terraced house
Our terraced cottages have two bedrooms with family bunk beds, an open living room with sofa and table, an open kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with shower/WC. In the summer you can enjoy the mountain air and views of the valley on the cottage's private terrace. Our cottages must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Our spacious superior rooms are located on the corner of the hotel, with an extra wide mountain view.
