Chocolate Tasting (90 min.)
Learn to recognize the taste of true quality chocolate; take a bite, close your eyes, and savor it! Tone will guide you through exploring confectionery and flavor combinations, sharing insights into her various creations. Hear the story of how she uses local products to flavor her Sjokoladenoter.
Chocolate Workshop (6 hrs.)

About the instructor
Sjokoladenoter is a small chocolate factory located in Vennis, Vang. Here, authentic locally produced confectionery is handmade. Tone, the creator behind Sjokoladenoter, is a trained chef and pastry chef from France. Inspired by the mountains of Vang, each chocolate piece is unique in its color, shape, and filling. She prefers to source the ingredients for the filling from nearby areas; for example, blackcurrants from Søre Bøe in Vang, and raspberries from Lærdal.
