Hiking orienteering at Filefjell is suitable for anyone who likes to be outdoors – whether you're hiking with small children, want a quiet Sunday walk, going for a run, or just want a little extra motivation to get out and about.
With your mobile phone you can find digital records in beautiful mountain terrain – completely at your own pace. No competition, no requirements – just fresh air, beautiful views and the feeling of having found your way. Easy to get started, and easy to get hooked!
Tyin-Filefjell Orienteering Club is also offering hiking orienteering at Filefjell this year. In 2026, 30 digital records have been posted in the areas of Børrenøse, Vesleåntjernet and Tenlefjorden. The offer is free, and the records are available until December 31, 2026.
All you need to do is download the Turorientering app, find the area – and start the hike. There are no physical markers in the terrain. The app will give you a signal when you are at the marker.
