Mountain hike to Skørsnøse

Climb the icon itself at Tyin Filefjell
No other mountain peak is as striking from Tyinkrysset as the 1,453-meter-high Skørsnøse.
Skørsnøse has great views over the entire Jotunheimen region, southwards into Valdres and towards the Hemsedal Mountains.
The hike up takes about 2 hours from Grihamarstølen. Allow an extra 15 minutes if you walk from Filefjellstuene.
Parking options at Grihamarstølen. Follow the marked trail (white V) towards Bjørdalen. At the hill with a view inland towards Bjørdalsvannet, the trail splits. Choose the trail to the left up the slopes towards the top of Skørsnøse. The peak is climbed from the north in easy, fine terrain.
