Great view of the Tyinkrysset
The 1404-meter-high Stølsnøse is in many ways Skørsnøse's "little brother", but the view from here is almost as fantastic.
The starting point for the trip is at the first sharp right turn after the Tyinkrysset intersection, along Fv53 towards Tyin.
Steep but safe section at the start, but otherwise the hike is in low heather and grassland. Follow the mountain ridge up to the viewpoint at 1404 m. Here you have a great view towards Tyin and Jotunheimen to the north. Furthermore, the view is also great over Filefjell to the south.
Approximately 1.5–2 hours to the top.
