Great view over Tyinkrysset
The 1404-meter high Stølsnøse is in many ways Skørsnøse's "little brother," but the view from here is almost as fantastic.
The starting point for the hike is at the first sharp right turn after Tyinkrysset, along Fv53 towards Tyin.
The initial section is steep but safe, but otherwise, the hike traverses low heather and grassland. Follow the mountain ridge up to the viewpoint at 1404 meters above sea level. From here, you'll have a magnificent view towards Tyin and Jotunheimen to the north. The panorama also extends beautifully over Filefjell to the south.
Approximately 1.5–2 hours to the summit.
