Regulations

General Rules

  • All participants must wear a helmet!  
  • Shoving/pushing is not acceptable  
  • If a participant withdraws from the race, they must immediately notify the nearest race official.  
  • Optional ski equipment - alpine/telemark or snowboard  

Bib Number

  • Bib number must be visible during the competition  
  • It is not permitted to alter/add anything to the bib number; lost bib numbers must be replaced. 
  • All participants must collect their bib numbers at the designated location before the race.  

Class division

  • Individual start with a 15-second interval between each participant.  
  • Reint Moro is a competition for everyone.  
  • Our requirements state that participants must be able to use all ski lifts independently.  
  • Upon registration, participants will be divided into classes based on age and gender.

Along the Course

  • Along the course, officials will be wearing yellow vests and positioned with flags at specific points.  
  • A raised flag signifies: reduce your speed so you can stop immediately.
    These flags are used if there is an injury or another obstacle on the course. Participants are obliged to ski according to the conditions, maintain a speed they can control, and proceed cautiously.  
  • All participants must follow the designated course, and all racers will be verified at the bottom and top of all lifts.  
  • If weather, wind, or other unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe to conduct the event as originally planned, the organizer reserves the right to alter the course in an effort to proceed with the event as effectively as possible.

Insurance

Neither the event, Tyin Filefjell AS, nor its sponsors are responsible for injuries sustained by participants during the competition. Each participant is solely responsible for understanding the course and assessing how to navigate it to avoid dangerous situations. 

Privacy Policy

By registering, participants agree to the competition format and rules, and consent to the publication of their name, date of birth, location, bib number, and time. Photos and videos taken during the event may be freely used by the organizer and sponsors for marketing purposes.

Consent Form

During Reint Moro, photographs may be taken and used for commercial purposes. By registering, I consent to the registered participant(s) being photographed in such contexts for use across Tyin-Filefjell's and its associated businesses' and partners' channels.

Disclaimer

All participants registering for the event agree to the disclaimer (participants under 18 years of age must have a signed declaration from a parent or guardian when collecting their bib number). Violations of regulations will result in disqualification. Any questions should be directed to skisenter@tyin.no. Disclaimer for Reint Moro 2025

As with any activity, this race carries some inherent risks. Participants must assume responsibility for any risks and injuries that may occur during the competition. It is mandatory for participants to use approved safety equipment as required by the competition, including a helmet, skis/snowboard, boots, bindings, and a back protector. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all safety equipment is in proper working order. Participants bear full responsibility for their involvement in the competition and must assess their speed based on their own skill level. The organizer has conducted a risk analysis and assessment, and we will ensure the venue is secured against unwanted incidents. Along various sections of the course, officials will be present to direct and monitor the competition. Furthermore, the Norwegian People's Aid, Grindaheim auxiliary corps, will assist us on this day.

Disclaimer

As a participant in this event, I accept full responsibility while skiing, telemark skiing, or snowboarding, and I waive any claims against the organizer or its partners for injuries or accidents that may occur. I acknowledge this acceptance upon registering for the event.
