Here you will find fresh baked goods, handmade chocolate from Sjokoladenoter, and traditional Bulgarian flavors like banitsa. At the same time, Tone and Kristina want to involve guests in the start-up, and invite people to share their thoughts and wishes for what the cafe could become.
The plan is to open Vang & Brød as a permanent café from the summer onwards – with a focus on good flavors and a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
