Choose between three different distances – all of which take place in magnificent high-mountain terrain:
Everyone must park at Tyinkrysset Fjellstue due to very limited parking availability around Filefjellstuene on this day. From Tyinkrysset, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the arena. We recommend walking via Hugostøgovegen and Kongevegen instead of the busy county road.
It's not just out on the trails that things are happening during the festival. At Filefjellstuene, there's activity and life all day long, for runners, spectators, and everyone who wants to be part of the great festival atmosphere.
From 11 AM to 3 PM, the gathering area outside Filefjellstuene transforms into a bustling market filled with flavors from local producers. Here you'll find everything from freshly baked buns to fresh meat and high-quality cheeses. Locally sourced, authentic, and made with care.
To round off this year's mountain festival, we invite you to an atmospheric evening at Filefjellstuene. Here, runners, spectators, and everyone who simply wants to enjoy a good meal in pleasant company will gather.
A 3-course dinner featuring local autumn flavors will be served. Locally sourced, rich in tradition, and perfect for sharing around the table.

Throughout the festival, both the restaurant and the mountain pub will be open. There will be a great atmosphere, delicious food, and something for everyone, whether you want a good meal or just a drink.
From 11 AM, we offer a tempting bun buffet in the restaurant, with buns for every taste. The buffet will be available as long as supplies last.
From 12 PM to 5 PM, the restaurant is open for à la carte dining from our autumn holiday menu.
At 7:00 PM, we invite both runners and spectators to a 3-course dinner. Remember to reserve a table.

Our friends at Årdalsnett are back with their popular scavenger hunt! Children will have the opportunity to explore the area around Filefjellstuene in a fun and exciting way, while solving tasks and finding checkpoints along the way. There will be activities, small challenges, and lots of fun for all ages. All participants will receive great prizes.
Registration and bib collection: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Start: 1:15 PM - 3:00 PM
